Full Body Flexibility Routine
Here's a full body flexibility routine that you can follow to stretch mindfully and improve your overall health:
1. Neck Stretch
Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for 15-30 seconds and switch sides.
2. Shoulder Stretch
Extend one arm across your body at shoulder height, gently pulling it towards your chest with the other hand. Hold for 15-30 seconds and switch sides.
3. Forward Fold
Stand with your feet hip-width apart and slowly hinge at the hips to fold forward, reaching towards your toes. Hold for 30 seconds.
4. Seated Twist
Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Bend one knee and cross it over the other leg, twisting towards the bent knee. Hold for 30 seconds and switch sides.
5. Hip Flexor Stretch
Kneel on one knee with the other foot flat on the floor in front of you. Lean forward to stretch the front of the hip. Hold for 30 seconds and switch sides.
